Healthy habits for the third week
Day 15 – What is ONE thing you can change?
Everyone has that one unhealthy thing we just love. Today I want you to think about what that one thing is for you and give it up. Just skip it.
Day 16 – Let’s Get Organized.
Clutter and disorganization can cause stress and uneasiness. Try to tackle 1 place/room/bin and organize it. When you are done, take a step back and notice two things….that sense of accomplishment, and the calming feel of organization.
Day 17 – Plan ahead….Don’t fail to plan.
Tonight I want you to fully plan out your day tomorrow. When are you going to exercise and what are you going to do? What are you going to eat? Go ahead and pack your snacks and meals too. This is like day 16 but for your day instead of a drawer!
Day 18 – Talk with a good friend or family member.
Is there a special someone, a best friend or family member that you have thought about but haven’t talked to in a while? Take some time today to give them a call or write them a letter/email.
Day 19 – Limit TV time.
Cut an hour out of your television time today and do something else. Go exercise, go to bed early, or go out and do something fun.
Day 20 – Have a healthy snack.
For a snack today, try a fresh piece of fruit and maybe some yogurt or peanut butter. Nice, light, yet satisfying.
Day 21 – Have some green tea.
Skip that afternoon coffee and opt for some green tea instead. The nutritional benefits are much higher and it naturally helps you overcome that afternoon slump with out the caffeine headache that coffee can create.
