Equipment Free Workouts For Your Holiday Travels

Are you planning on traveling this holiday season? Will you be staying in a small hotel room, or even a spare room at a friend or family member’s house? It can be hard to keep up our exercise routines while we’re away from home.

A different daily routine along with the inability to bring our favorite equipment with us is a surefire way to lose our momentum. But, if we want to enjoy those holiday treats (and I think we deserve to!) then we need to make sure we’re keeping up with our exercise routine.

If you’re traveling with nothing more than your Gymboss timer, then try my Jump Start video series that doesn’t require any equipment whatsoever! There are six workouts total, so you won’t get bored with the same routine over and over. Plus, each workout is only 12 minutes long, so there’s no excuses not to HIIT it on vacation.

Long Jump
Fire Hydrant
Bridges
Back Lunge

 

Day 3 Breakdown:

Jumping Jacks
Push Ups
Triceps Dips
V Push Ups

 

Day 4 Breakdown:

High Knees
Plank with Reach
Knee Tuck
Reptile

 

Day 5 Breakdown:
