You do not need to invest a ton of money on workout DVD’s or training programs. YouTube is a FREE option for easy to follow step by step home workout routines. It is as easy as going onto YouTube, typing in the search area what you desire to improve, and presto an entire list of home workout routines is generated for you.

Fitness Blender always has great workouts available. Sculpt amazing arms with this 10 minute arm workout. (get your dumbbells ready for this one)
Want to Zumba? Skip the drive to your local gym. I love this video and the music is great too!
Only have 10 minutes? Dena’s 10 minute workout is a super way to start your day.
I am just venturing into CrossFit and it all started with Dena’s 20 minute CrossFit/Interval training video. Get ready, this one is a BUTT kicker but so worth it.
Another one of my favorite fat burning exercises is Yoga. You can skip the expensive yoga studio and still get in a great workout with this video. BTW love the sleeping cat in the video.
