Welcome to day 4 of the Next Level Workouts. Today we’re working our legs again. So grab your Ultimate Sandbag and Gymboss Timer. Here’s the video:

Set your timers for 12 rounds of 15 seconds rest and 45 seconds work and complete the following:

Mountain climbers
Squat with knee tuck
Weighted bridge
Calf raises
