What could be better than a free workout? How about five of them. If you’re looking for a week’s worth of free workouts, you’ve come to the right place. Here are five workouts for your Monday – Friday. Enjoy!
The videos below are playlists. To see all the videos in the list click on the word “playlist” in the upper left corner. You can then select which day you are on.
Before you begin, be sure to complete the warm up video. It’s a short 5 minute warm up so there are no excuses. Once you’ve completed your warm up, navigate to the day’s video and complete that.
The workouts in this week’s videos are short but effective. If you feel like you need a longer workout, do the video twice or add a run on after the video. Once you’ve completed your workout, be sure to do your cool down stretches. The cool down is just 5 minutes so, again, there are no excuses for not getting a proper stretch in.

Hi Pamela! This is a great suggestion. Of course, I am a little partial to FitnessBlender workouts, which were recommended to me by a Facebook friend a while ago. I have compiled a list of great free workout sites. Many of these are already popular, but we’re all learning about them at different times, so there are plenty of new, different, and free workouts to choose from. It’s great to support the sites whenever possible, too.
Here’s a link to my Free Workout Fridays series. Maybe there are some sites that would interest you. 🙂
