
Welcome to day 1 of the Jump Start Workout Series. There are 6 videos in the series. You can complete all 6 workouts in one week, or split them up into 2 weeks. Here is your day 1 workout:
In this workout we will be concentrating on our core, including our back. Set your Gymboss Interval Timer to 12 rounds of 10 seconds rest and 50 seconds work. You will do one exercise per 50 second interval, as fast as you can. Push hard. You will go through the list of exercises 3 times for a total of a 12 minute workout. Complete the following exercises:
High Knees
Bicycle Crunches
Bird Dog
Plank
