
You made it to day 6! Congratulations! One last workout and then you deserve a day of rest. Just remember not to go crazy and undo all your hard work. Ready for the workout? Here it is:
Set your Gymboss Interval Timer to 12 rounds of 10 seconds rest and 50 seconds work. You will do one exercise per 50 second interval, as fast as you can. Push hard. You will go through the list of exercises 3 times for a total of a 12 minute workout. Complete the following exercises:
Jumping Jacks
Hi Lo Planks
Dolphin Push Ups
Push Ups
You deserve some kudos for completing the Jump Start Plan, so don’t forget to post your scores so everyone can see what a bad-ass you are!
